Today individual and family insurance premiums have climbed to almost unaffordable levels to those who can still pay them. To those who have suffered the most under the past eight years of federal economic and healthcare mismanagement, they are completely unaffordable.Four years ago Utah yearly deductibles were still in the $100 to $250 range. Today $500 to $1000 is the average.
Four years ago Utah co-payments averaged $10 to $15 per office visit. Today $30 to $35 is the norm.
Four years ago Utah patients were allowed sufficient numbers of chiropractic treatments to permit full and complete treatment, even for significant injuries. Today, office visits are commonly limited to ten or even fewer for the entire year. A typical sprain requires six to eight treatments over a month=s time.
Four years ago insurance reimbursements were barely sustainable at the 2005 level and have since become progressively less. Today insurance reimbursement is so minimal that whenever possible treatments are restricted to essentials only.

Plan Number One
Express Lane
For patients with no insurance who only want chiropractic manipulation and no physio-therapy , this is the most cost-effective plan. It is also the fastest in-and-out of the clinic! No limitation on the number of treatments. No physio-therapy at all—just the highest quality chiropractic spinal manipulation available anywhere at any price!

Plan Number Two – One Person
New Patient
*Initial history, consultation, examination, standard treatment and therapies, and rehabilitation guidance
*Four additional standard treatments including standard manipulative procedures and therapies.
*Usual and customary fees are $90 for initial history, exam and treatment, and $60 each additional four treatments for a total of $330.
Reduced plan fee is $280, a savings of $50.
Established Patient – Five Treatments
*Five standard treatments and standard therapies.
*Usual and customary fees are $60 each treatment for a total of $300.
Reduced Fee Plan is $240, a savings of $60.
This is like receiving one free treatment.
Established Patient – Ten Treatments
*Ten standard treatments including standard manipulative procedures and therapies.
*Usual and customary fees are $60 each treatment for a total of $600.
Reduced Fee Plan is $460, a savings of $140.
This is like receiving two free treatments and $20.
Plan Number Three – Two or More Family Members
New Family Patients
*Initial history, consultation, examination, standard treatment, standard therapies, and rehabilitation guidance, with in-house laboratory testing as considered necessary.
*Four additional standard treatments including standard manipulative procedures and therapies.
*Usual and customary fees are $90 each person for initial history, exam and treatment, and $60 each treatment for each person=s additional four treatments for a total of $330 per person.
Reduced plan fee is $260, a savings of $70 per person. This is like receiving one free treatment and $10 over standard fees.
Established Family Patients – Five Treatments
*Five standard treatments including standard manipulative procedures and therapies each person.
*Usual and customary fees are $60 for each person=s five additional treatments for a total of $300.
Reduced Fee Plan is $225, a savings of $75 per person. This is like receiving one free treatment and $15 dollars over standard fees.
Established Family Patients – Ten Treatments
*Ten standard treatments including standard manipulative procedures and therapies each person.
*Usual and customary fees are $60 for each person=s ten additional treatments for a total of $600.
Reduced Fee Plan is $440, a savings of $160 per person.
This is like each person on the plan receiving two free treatments and $40, almost three free treatments!

Radiographic imaging is not part of the plan, and if considered necessary for diagnostic work up, is the patient=s financial responsibility outside the clinic. Orthotics, supports, casting/splinting and orthotic wraps are not part of the plan. Laser therapy and paraffin casting are not part of the plan, and if recommended as therapy, each is an additional $30 surcharge.
